I have created a thread on the 2+2 poker forums [ http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/174/poker-goals-challenges/2013-thread-track-progress-reaching-supernova-elite-500-000-profit-1281869/ ] but also thought I'd create a blog as well for the year 2013 as something new to do on the side of playing poker.
Goals for 2013:
- $500,000 profit in the NLHE high stakes games including rake back and bonus' - not as much as 2012 but don't like to set high $ targets
- Supernova Elite earning 1,000,000 VPP's in 2013
- Run 50+ miles a month (have an app on iPhone which measures this exactly)
- Play 10 live MTT's with buy-ins of at least 4 figures in the respective currency.
- Try to learn some PLO (by that, I don't mean be able to beat the 10/20 games by the end of the year, simply to just start at the 0.5/1 level and play 10-15k hands and see where I go from there. Maybe get to 5/10 or something by Dec 31 2013.
- Buy a house.
- Enjoy life.
